Kesher’s mission is to actively work towards a society which insures that every family with a child with special needs can attain the conditions needed in order to raise their child with respect from a place of strength and empowerment.

Kesher, designed specifically to provide information, counselling, support, mediation and advocacy to parents of children with developmental, physical, mental, intellectual and emotional disabilities and chronic illnesses.
In the recent year Kesher started to work towards building parents communities that will be able to act on their behalf for the fulfilment of their role as a parent of a child with special needs and strive to receive optimal treatment and fight for the rights of their children.
Kesher's mission is to improve the quality life of families with children with special needs by helping them to realize their rights and by providing information about services that are available to them. Motivated, empowered and involved parents are a source of strength and hope for the child with special needs.
Kesher's services are provided to all sectors of Israeli society, free of charge by social workers and trained volunteers at our branches in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa and Beersheva.
