We rescue sick and injured cats, ensure that they receive appropriate veterinary care, and provide temporary shelter. We facilitate the spaying/neutering of street cats in an attempt to limit population growth, and prevent the birth of unwanted kittens, who generally starve, die of illness, or are run over on our roads. We organize feeding stations manned by volunteers to maintain a stable population of spayed/neutered cats in the city.

The Scociety was established on oct. 2000 We have: - saved thousands of cats from starvation, thirst, suffering and death from injuries - provided shelters for hundreds of orphaned kittens, - and have neutered thousands of cats. We help cat-feeders and neuter their cats. Many of these feeders are elderly people for whom caring for the cats is their greatest source of joy.
