	Our History and Progress For millions of people in Israel and around the world, IsraelGives.org is an opportunity to see the “true face” of Israel: the 27,000 organizations, and hundreds of thousands of people, working tirelessly to improve Israeli society. For the philanthropist, IsraelToremet is a unique chance to engage in “fishrod” philanthropy on a national scale: to provide all of Israel’s charities with the tools to attain financial self-sufficiency. IsraelGives.org was developed by Yonatan Ben-Dor, Israel’s most successful online fundraiser, having helped the charitable organization “Table to Table” to fundraise online over 2 million shekels. In its pre-launch phase (April-June 2009), the IsraelGives.org tools enabled 2 charities to fundraise over $50,000. more
