What are your fees?

Donations in Israeli Shekels have a 5% fee (including the credit card fee) and donations in foreign currency have a 3.5% fee (not including credit card fee, which varies between 2.2%-3.5%). Use of our free donation forms have no monthly fee, while premium systems like MYSITE do.

Are you more expensive or cheaper than other companies?

We don't think that this is the right question to ask. The more important question, we think, is: will you fundraise more using the IsraelGives system than other systems. The answer to this is definitely YES. Because of our higher levels of security, because of our unique systems (like recurring monthly donating and automatic receipting), and because of our foreign partnerships (allowing tax-deductible donating), donors simply prefer to make more donations on IsraelGives than on any other system.

Our average donation is even higher than international standards. On IsraelGives, the average donation size from Israel is 343 NIS, and the average donation from abroad is 505 NIS!
