WOW executes unique programs and activities for Jewish women and the general public, promoting the legal acknowledgement of Jewish women's right to pray of their own expression in the women's section of the Western Wall. WOW fights to pray as a group, singing aloud and reading from the Torah scroll while wrapped in tallit and tefillin. WOW encourages women to reclaim Jewish ritual for which there is no true Jewish law prohibitions.
