Panim el Panim’s main projects are:
Midrasha Program- brings Jewish values and Jewish identity lectures and informal educational workshops to 20,000 students in more than 30 state high schools from Dimona in the South to Netanya in the North.
IDF Outreach Program- runs lectures and discussions in IDF bases for men and women soldiers throughout the country; adopts the bases for activities surrounding the Jewish festivals; adopts career officer families; and runs Shabbat programs and takes groups of soldiers on Jewish identity and Jewish heritage field trips.
Kibbutz Project - runs High Holiday services in nearly 50 non-religious kibbutzim and agricultural villages, and builds educational programs leading up to the Jewish festivals.
Urim Family Educational Counseling – training women counselors in different locations throughout Israel to conduct study groups on topics of Jewish family education and values. There are currently 50 participants and 80 graduates in the program.
