To establish and manage a fund or funds so that its profits and income shall be designated for providing support, encouragement, financial assistance and other aid to immigrants, immigrant associations, youth movements, kibbutzim and moshavim, public institutions and other bodies of all kinds, whether incorporated or unincorporated, including but not limited to the following purposes: absorption, culture, education, sports, science, health, art, music, literature and periodicals, professional guidance and training, development of new existing agricultural settlements, relief, grants and scholarships.
