Its main goals: to provide musical education at a professional level to the children of Kiryat Bialik and the surrounding area, as well as to enrich the cultural life of the community of Kiryat Bialik and its surroundings by providing concerts and public performances.
At the conservatory there is a chamber orchestra made up of the students of the conservatory. The orchestra participates in national conferences on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Culture, in public concerts and performances for the Kiryat Bialik community. Alongside the chamber orchestra is a representative team of violinists who perform with great success in Kiryat Bialik and beyond. In addition, the conservatory has a young team of violinists and it is a reserve for the mature orchestra. The conservatory has adopted students from the Arab sector who participate together with the conservatory students in the chamber orchestra.
