Planning, initiating, providing for use, purchasing, selling, leasing, subletting, renting, transferring and holding real estate assets in Israel necessary for carrying out the organization's purposes as stated above. Managing the assets and using them, including by constructing any building or structure on them, holding, managing, modifying, selling, subletting, demolishing, rebuilding and developing the property in any way necessary to fulfill the organization's purposes as stated above.
