Establishment of a large yeshiva according to the method of Haredi Torah education and establishment of a kollel for scholars next to the yeshiva. Dissemination of Torah to the public and organization of Torah lessons for the general public. Activities for youth, women and children. To work to instill Torah values among the community of Libyan immigrants located in the State of Israel and among all the diaspora in the world. Establishment of a professional institute for religious articles, ritual slaughter, cantorship, circumcision and Torah scroll writing. Establishment of charitable funds and assistance for grooms and brides. To assist the poor, the sick and the afflicted in body and spirit in all required areas such as: financial, medical and moral support. Support through interest-free loans (Gemach), assistance in housing in any form and any other purpose that will help promote the achievement of the objectives listed above. The association is not subordinate to or connected with any political entity.
