To establish places for Torah and prayer. To establish Torah study classes. The organization will support and maintain Torah scholars and workers in need in every way it sees fit, by providing financial support and/or support in food products or clothing. Alternatively, the organization will provide loans under charitable lending conditions, with loan repayment according to the ability of the borrowers, spread over a long period. All at the discretion of the organization's board members taking into account the economic and/or family conditions of the loan or support recipients.
