Friends Club - Lahaim

To develop and manage a sports center, clubs, institutions and leisure, education and cultural services for the benefit of its members. To organize, supervise and manage various groups in sports, culture, entertainment and social areas and/or any other form of organization for the benefit of members and the general public. To maintain, manage, nurture and preserve the organization's assets for members to advance and achieve the organization's goals. To manage and faithfully handle all organization funds and use them only to achieve the organization's goals, with the clear understanding that the organization will not distribute profits, if any, among members, and any profits will serve only to advance the organization's goals.
