Al-Qasemi Academy

The association will establish and operate an institution of higher education, maintain academic study programs and award graduates academic degrees, subject to approvals from the Council for Higher Education and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Hebrew University. To care for, develop, plan, manage, preserve, supervise, encourage, implement projects and operate educational, cultural and religious activities, environmental quality, archaeology, museums, sports. Including organizing, establishing and operating facilities, institutions and bodies necessary for this purpose, and in accordance with the procedures of the Hebrew University / regulations. Organizing, establishing, managing and operating an academic college of humanities and social sciences and natural sciences, for culture and education. Establishing, organizing, managing and operating a center for research of culture and religion and/or any other subject. Establishing, organizing, managing and operating courses, lectures, symposiums, study days and the like on any subject it deems appropriate. Establishing, organizing, managing and operating residential facilities and/or housing units and/or guest houses for teachers, lecturers, visitors to its institutions and bodies, for students and undergraduates belonging to its institutions and participating in its activities as it sees fit. Providing assistance and/or scholarships and/or grants, as necessary for the achievement of the association's objectives, for education and culture and as well as for students. To disseminate culture, cultural values, religion and education in every legal manner possible. To employ, transfer and/or operate on a permanent and/or temporary, full or partial basis, whether in return or without return, all employees and/or officials and/or staff necessary to fulfill the association's objectives, including, in particular, those necessary for the operation, management and maintenance of the college, schools and the like, institutions, enterprises and projects that the association will initiate
