Advancement of the professions of municipal engineering and professional knowledge of engineers of local authorities including urban planning, inspection and licensing, construction of public buildings and public works. To establish and maintain an authorized representation of municipal engineers that will represent the members of the union toward employers, toward the local government center, labor federation institutions, the Ministry of Interior, government ministries and the Knesset and any other body that has involvement in the matter, and in all matters relating to their status, powers, advancement and improvement of their working conditions, salary, welfare and professional protection of the engineer in the local authority
