Establishing and managing daycare centers and kindergartens for the children of married Torah scholars in the kollel, Torah study. Establishing and managing a Torah community center: establishing a Torah library serving the married scholars under the organization's patronage for their studies. The venue will serve, among other things, as a center for giving lectures and Torah classes to the wives of married scholars and to women of the city in general.
