Establishing, developing and operating educational frameworks and institutions, including boarding schools, and providing services for therapeutic communities for drug-affected youth in Israel through education, rehabilitation and integrating at-risk youth into society as independent individuals taking responsibility. Promoting the population of treated drug-affected individuals during and after treatment in the therapeutic community until full rehabilitation, including providing sustenance support. Assisting their families and collaborating with them. Advancing knowledge, research and expertise in treating therapeutic communities for drug addicts and preventing deterioration of at-risk adults and youth through drug use, including collaboration and meetings between professionals in Israel and abroad engaged in services, teaching and research in the field of treating addiction problems
