Help and support for needy families, the sick, elderly, widows/widowers and those in difficulty. Loans and grants for wedding expenses and for those in need. Distribution of clothing, furniture and household items. Distribution of food items and hot meals. Provision of lodging for Sabbath and holiday guests and the needy. The association will operate the construction of a synagogue, ritual bath, charity soup kitchen, assistance for the needy. Yeshiva for students who have dropped out of the system. Establishment of a Torah study framework including a college for married scholars. Assistance with private tutoring for girls in seminaries with difficulties, reduced-price housing for needy families and/or at no cost
