"Chivat Ha'Aretz" Association Named After Othniel Ben Kenaz and Rabbi Yosef Chaim (Registered Association)

Creation of a place to encourage and gather for Torah study in the Hebron Hills area, distribution of scholarships to the needy, assistance, guidance and support for the destitute, the sick and the disabled, operation of a Torah college for scholars in the Atniael settlement, establishment of observation posts and study corners for the general public and especially for Torah students, establishment and management of religious buildings (such as study halls and ritual baths) in the southern Hebron Hills to commemorate the founder of the organization, Rabbi Dan Mertzbach. To assist in the establishment of synagogues through fundraising and donations
