Education and development of children in distress and their education through the framework of football, including: (1) To develop the physical and spiritual abilities of organization members; (2) To cultivate, encourage and promote physical culture, physical and mental health, self-discipline, personal ability, sportsmanship and good citizenship; (3) To establish, organize, operate and manage sports teams from workplaces or folk sports branches, and to participate in sports activities in the field of folk sports in Israel and worldwide. Representative sport - sports activities in all sports branches in workplaces in the two premier leagues in each branch, as well as activities in any other sports branch whose practitioners receive wages directly or indirectly; (4) To establish, develop, operate and manage sports sites and equip representative sports teams for their sports activities; (5) To encourage public interest and involvement in sports in general and representative sports in particular; (6) To do all actions the organization is authorized to do, not for the purpose of distributing profits among its members
