The main goal of the center is to strengthen and nurture the mental health and resilience of the residents of the south of Israel, children, teenagers and adults, with an emphasis on the residents of the Gaza Strip
The "Sha'ar Hanegev Psychological Center" has been operating for 50 years and is active in helping the population of the northern Negev cope with the current continuous state of emergency. The center encompasses 60 professionals who work in 4 therapeutic units: o The clinical unit for psychotherapy o The developmental unit o The unit for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD o Mindfulness Center The center’s therapists provide a response to patients of all ages, whether individual, couple, family or group, and have a comprehensive and complete set of education, training and practical experience
