To assist families and/or individuals whose health condition requires surgery or hospitalization in Israel and/or abroad, families or individuals in difficult economic circumstances, to cultural, sports, science and education activities for youth and adults, to religious institutions for promoting Torah study. To provide interest-free loans. To assist in legal protection for persons who have faced legal difficulties, or bodies treating them and having approval according to section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance.
