I & EYE provides exchanges that offer the opportunity to relate, experience and learn tolerance, to fight any form of racism, gain awareness of the importance of democracy and human rights, and fosters friendly relations between future generations.

I and Eye creates connections between youth organizations in Israel and Europe and the USA. Each year we carry out between 14-20 projects for youth and young adults in a wide variety of subjects including: Arts, sports, social activities, leadership development, research.
Our projects include meetings and encounters between Israeli youth, European, American and Palestinian youth.
We carry out projects for the Peres Peace Center, Peter Maffay Foundation, several Israeli municipalities, local authorities and associations.
