Givol Educational Institution in Givat Olga neighborhood in Hadera is the first democratic school in Israel which was established in a deprived neighborhood, out of an ideology and a belief that qualitative and advanced education should be available to any child and to any family. Givol attracts a widely varied and multi-cultural population, including children from poor families, often children at risk, jointly with children from established and strong families.
