העמותה עוסקת בקשרים חינוכיים וחברתיים בין נוער ישראלי לבין נוער גרמני.

מפגשים בין נוער ישראלי ונוער גרמני באמצעות משלחות נוער.
העמותה מקיימת קשר עם שלש ערים מגרמניה.
כל שנה בתקופת הקיץ מגיעות לרעננה שתי משלחות נוער בנות כ-20 משתתפים כל אחת.
הנוער הגרמני מתארח במשך שבועים בבתים של נוער מרעננה. המפגשים כוללים טיולים בארץ, מפגשים חינוכיים ומפגשים חברתיים.
בתקופת הקיץ כל שנה יוצאות שתי משלחות נוער מרעננה לגרמניה ושם מתקיימת פעילות דומה.
