To establish and operate centers of Torah culture, seminars, lectures and lessons for Spanish and Portuguese speakers. To establish and operate a tourism center and initiative for knowledge of the land and history of the Jewish people. To organize Torah cultural activities and community events. To operate an information center and disseminate Jewish publications to the general public, assistance to immigrants, assistance to the needy and acts of charity
