MAOZ exists to enhance Israel’s public sphere by identifying, training and empowering ethical and professional leaders in important public and social positions while aiding such leaders to advance meaningful reforms for the benefit of Israeli society

MAOZ aims to fill the public leadership gap in Israel through its Fellowship and Alumni programs. MAOZ Fellows are proven professional, values-based individuals from both within and outside of the public sphere (Government and NGOs), who are driven by a sense of shlichut (personal calling) and are at a point in their career where they are ready to advance or transition into a senior leadership position in the public sphere. The programs enhance their senior leadership potential, by both strengthening and refining their individual skills, and provide them with access to a unique cross-sector network that enables them to advance specific reforms, projects and policy with greater efficacy for the benefit of Israeli society.
