The association "MeHaim LeHiam" was established in February 2012, for the purpose of providing relief and assistance to the needy in Ra'anana and the surrounding area.
All office bearers in the association, including the CEO, the chairman of the association, the lawyer, the accountant, and the other volunteers, do not receive a salary, or any other financial compensation.
Every Friday we distribute food packages to over 100 families in the city who are unable to fully support themselves financially, and on holidays more than 200 families receive bountiful food packages from us.
In addition to food assistance, we assist families with clothing, furniture and any other possible help.
In recent years we have been sending food packages and gift packages to over 300 Holocaust survivors, residents of Ra'anana.
On holidays we distribute food to dozens of lone soldiers.
