Implement and disseminate the ideas of Chabad Hasidism according to the teachings and instructions of Chabad leaders in general and the Rebbe of Lubavitch, the leader of our generation in particular. Work to deepen the study of Chabad Hasidic teachings, Jewish teachings in general, their values and commandments, and transmit them to the general public including children and youth, and maintain regular and supplementary study frameworks for them
