The association focuses on voluntary activity in youth villages with the understanding that the villages allow volunteers to express themselves in a wide variety of content and activities. The main idea in choosing the activities is to create continu
The association operates in a wide variety of frameworks and nationwide, in a large range of activities and projects. We will detail three of them in detail here: 1. Comes from love - a series of meetings with a group of girls of different ages in the village, the goal of which is to raise female awareness through content that encourages further thinking in the process of forming the identity that the girls go through at this stage of their lives. Creating an opportunity for girls and volunteers to experience an in-depth and fruitful maturation process and even try to cultivate a meaningful connection and conversation. Volunteers will be able to choose content from a content database built by the association or build meetings as they see fit. 2. Get up and walk in the country - monthly meetings designed for Naale youth in the youth villages. Most of the boys and girls do not have families in Israel and while their friends go home for weekends and holidays, they stay in the village, usually without significant activity. The youth villages have a clear need to take the campers out of the village, to introduce them to the country, the culture, the people, and above all to give them a positive experience in the context of the country they immigrated to, but they do not have the human resources and money to do so. The sessions combine a visit to an Israeli tourist site / a local attraction / a hike in nature, a meal and small treats which together create a unique experience for the campers, a break from the daily routine, personal attention and an introduction to a new environment and local culture. 3. Financial education - we have developed a training program, the purpose of which is to provide the youth with basic foundations in wise financial management that will allow them to embark on an independent life. The volunteers undergo professional training and then deliver a series of 8 lessons to youth on topics such as: bank account, financial complications, budget and cash flow management, employee rights, and more.
