Association for Shared Israeli Leadership

Creating an active group of Israeli educators and civil society members—Muslims, Christians, Druze, Bedouins, Circassians, religious and secular Jews, new immigrants and veteran citizens—committed together to shaping the character of shared society in Israel. Deepening mutual acquaintance and broadening connections among parts of Israeli society in all its diversity, with special attention to various groups and providing a place for each. Building and operating shared educational programs for leadership development aimed at empowering participants and creating social change in Israel, combining learning with volunteer activities. Fostering young leadership and assisting with guidance for military or civil service, directing toward higher education, and encouraging social engagement. Creating partnerships with educational organizations and social change organizations to promote dialogue on shared Israeli identity. Influencing public discourse in Israel regarding relations among different communities through educational activities, publications, public advocacy campaigns, dialogue meetings, and operating a study center
