Cultural development in the Negev in general and in Eilat and in the Eilat region council in particular. Establishment of a professional theater for children and youth that exposes the community to theater arts, acting and creation. Production of performances and cultural events for children and youth intended for all populations of the Negev as well as for tourists from Israel and around the world visiting the area. Accessibility of performances and cultural events for children and youth living in the Negev and providing opportunities for all populations in the Negev to participate in these events. Creating a cultural framework for children and youth in the Negev where they can express themselves through the art of theater in order to provide children and youth who wish to take their first steps in the world of theater with the tools and confidence to realize their dreams. Strengthening social cohesion and unity among all types of different populations in the Negev through cooperation that relates to the world of theater
