To work for reconciliation, unity of the people, public welfare, peace and security, and to help and encourage the needy of all kinds, including: IDF soldiers, police officers, prisoners, patients, the elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families, terror victims, and all those in need of help and encouragement. To operate rescue and charity facilities for them, including the provision of acts of charity. To promote volunteering among the people, to support and encourage those working for the benefit of the public, its security and welfare. To conduct Jewish life activities with all of the above. To work for the transmission of Jewish values regarding the wholeness of Torah, people and land, To disseminate values of morality and justice according to the Torah of Israel, including the Seven Laws of Noah. To work for bringing Jews closer to Jewish values and tradition. Spreading Torah, Hasidic teachings and Judaism, Conducting activities with youth and children including clubs, camps, and summer programs of various kinds. Assistance to those in need, acts of charity, to establish and maintain kindergartens, daycare centers, Torah schools, schools, yeshivas and kollelim, synagogues, study halls, libraries, ritual baths, and all types of religious institutions and charitable facilities
