העמותה הוקמה באפריל 2019 ע"י חולי CMT והורים לילדים שאובחנו עם המחלה. העמותה מקדישה את פעילותה למען שיפור איכות חייהם הן הפיזית והן הנפשית של הקהילה.

מטרות העמותה: תמיכה בקהילה של חולי CMT ומשפחותיהם, למען שיפור איכות החיים שלהם, קידום פעילות ומחקרים שיביאו למציאת טיפול ב CMT, העלאת מודעות בקרב ארגונים רפואיים, מחקרים וכלל האוכלוסיה.
