• Co-ordinated executive learning missions from Canada,USA and South Africa
• Planned touring and learning programs.
• Set up one to one learning programs for businessmen
• Lectured on the Torah approach to earning a livelihood and on business ethics in the workplace.

• Lectured on a nightly basis on Talmud and Jewish Law
• In 1995, recruited six families from Israel to create a fulltime-learning institute in Ohr Somayach Johannesburg.(Kollel Toras Chaim)
• Raised the initial finance to create the fulltime-learning institute.
• Currently twelve full time and twenty part time students study at the Kollel and around 100 people daily participate in learning programmes at the Kollel
