Encourage, promote and foster public awareness of the principles of practical Zionism through agricultural settlement throughout the State of Israel, the foundational values it serves and the benefits derived from it, build practical research and policy tools based on analysis, evaluation and provision of focused policy proposals for implementation for public leaders and professional levels in the government, Knesset and public sector, initiate and promote research and social, public, media and political initiatives that will help advance the aforementioned basic principles in general, and in particular to implement the recommendations of the institute's policy research, initiate and carry out any other legal action that helps advance the organization's goals, encourage, promote and foster public awareness of the principles of social Zionism, including: social solidarity, state involvement in economic activity to ensure welfare and economic prosperity for all citizens, strengthening cooperative activity in the economy, and continuous aspiration to increase social-economic equality
