Assistance for regional production of Israeli films of all types in the Negev (full-length feature films, including specialized films, short feature films, documentaries, animation films, student final projects and series). 2. Managing a fund for cinema in the Negev. 3. Encouraging creators in the field of Israeli cinema, including by encouraging appropriate production conditions, and in particular encouraging creators from the periphery and the Negev. 4. Promoting young creators from the Negev and graduates of cinema educational institutions in the Negev. 5. Promoting and encouraging film creation and filmmaking by women in the Negev. 6. Supporting, promoting and encouraging cooperation at film festivals in the Negev. 7. Promoting and developing the community of creators in the Negev and expanding it and working to establish sources of livelihood for area residents, including in the field of film creation. 8. Promoting and developing the field of culture and art, and in particular film culture in the Negev, and expanding circles of creation, exposure and film activities to community and educational venues in settlements in the Negev region. 9. Promoting and exposing Israeli creation in the country and abroad, including international collaborations, and exposing the Negev region through films that reflect life in the area. 10. Promoting and encouraging cooperation with academic institutions in the field of creation
