At the beginning of its activity, the association was founded to provide assistance and support to all expatriates of the Commonwealth of Nations and the Soviet Union who came to the State of Israel with the aim of being a large and strong body for them in every issue and face.. During our activity we received hundreds of inquiries from families / people who are not expatriates of the Commonwealth of Nations and the Soviet Union asking for help but unfortunately we could not to help them in light of the fact that the association in its name tells about its activities.
Later we realized that all the people who contact us have heard of us.. They also heard about our way of treatment since we reduce bureaucracy and difficulty as much as possible.. and give too much response.

We realized that the general public needs us because there are plenty of associations… but an association like ours that provides an immediate response to all inquiries does not exist.

Therefore, the need to be an association that works for the entire population was inevitable.
