Assistance and support (without management) to non-profit organizations operating in the welfare sector, providing encouragement and support to Torah scholars studying continuously for extended hours, distributing scholarships to kollel members, supporting needy families according to established and equitable criteria to be published publicly, providing scholarships to widows and orphans, assisting in solving housing problems for young couples with limited means from the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community in Israel in every possible way including organizing charity collections and acts of kindness to help realize the possibility of housing in dignified conditions in the periphery, assisting the needy by providing interest-free loans due to financial difficulties such as: extraordinary expenses, delayed salary receipt, medical expenses, wedding expenses. Interest-free loans will be provided to any needy person regardless of religion, race or gender. The criteria for defining a person as needy will be determined by the organization
