Labada - Training and Employment

To promote decent employment for the Haredi public in Israel and strengthen awareness of the importance of employment among Haredim. To improve accessibility of Haredim to employment in industry and manufacturing. To assist employers in understanding Haredi society and thereby improve recruitment and retention of Haredi workers. To provide quality wraparound services in the community for working Haredim including providing scholarships, creating workshops, team building days, activities to prepare for the workplace, working on networking among members, etc. Establishing and managing organizational, financial and physical infrastructure for Haredi married students and employers, which will enable employment with dignity while preserving the Haredi way of life
