Civil reserve classes, provision of appropriate response during wartime and emergency and in any situation requiring help and assistance, to contribute to the security and peace of citizens, security, protection and assistance at mass events, raising awareness of caution and safety rules during routine times and emergencies through public information, study days and guidance and publications in all forms, assistance in the process of obtaining a firearm license or renewal/extension of license for citizens, distribution of weapons to licensed weapon carriers for the purpose of security at locations and mass events or educational institutions that do not have security, saving lives through provision of first aid, providing assistance and support for elderly isolated and single persons and raising public awareness on the subject, establishment of infrastructure and a volunteer unit among the people which will provide real-time service to the rear and front, according to request of authorities and the state within the framework of the organization's approved goals, financing training courses and professional training and exercises for dealing with emergency situations, acquisition/receipt/maintenance of a fleet of rescue vehicles, motorcycles and off-road vehicles and volunteer vehicles, acquisition of equipment and advanced security and assistance systems for purposes of protection and rescue in routine and emergency situations and civilian assistance to the public, accompaniment in providing assistance, guidance, providing aid, psychological support and psychological workshops to families of volunteers, patients, wounded persons and their families
