The framework will include the following services: removing youth from their will from the underworld in which they are subject to harmful influences, through emotional treatment, social support, and acquiring life skills that will enable them to find other ways to earn a living with dignity, integration into the employment world: the framework will assist youth and young adults in finding work, integration into the labor market, through professional guidance, professional training and connections with employers, assistance in establishing independent lives, establishing a dedicated framework for at-risk youth and young adults in the community that will provide them with comprehensive and empowering solutions to help them integrate into society as independent and financially free people
