To establish and operate an educational and community bonding center which includes: educational activities and charitable deeds, such as: educational activities for boys and girls of Israel in the way of Torah, clubs, workshops and educational enrichment, conferences and lectures, transportation and trips, scholarships and examinations, activities and games for youth, support for the needy and food baskets, assisting families with tuition fees and educational materials and study, private tutoring with students, guiding tutors, printing the Torah portion and study materials, study hall and yeshiva and Torah lessons, maintaining Torah study, scholarships for volunteers, assistance for childbirth and funding recovery days, circumcision and festive meals, and disseminating the beauty of Sabbath and Judaism. Support and assistance for bodies engaged in the association's goals
