The organization will establish and operate rehabilitation and recovery centers for drug/alcohol users/gambling and other harmful behaviors; assist addicts and their families in recovering and returning to normative and productive lives in society; establish a treatment center for young people suffering from addictions and psychological crises; raise funds to advance legislation providing support and treatment for young people dealing with addictions; encourage research and development of innovative treatment methods suited to young people; raise resources through donations/allocations from state institutions to establish a unique treatment center for young people ages 14-26 suffering from addictions and psychological crises
