To teach about the connection between the settlement movement of the first three waves starting from 1881 and the Chabad movement and its involvement in the establishment of settlements and security organizations, training of personnel and guidance for the purpose of transferring the aforementioned heritage, raising donations for the purpose of carrying out the goals of the garden and its maintenance, fostering of a conceptual art garden for the commemoration of special IDF units from 1953 to 1973, to teach youth and security forces the heritage and history of the aforementioned special units
