The organization aims to provide professional training in various fields - crane operators, welders, construction managers, electricians, and theoretical studies. By creating customized curricula for each field in collaboration with industry experts, establishing partnerships with colleges and other training institutions to deliver courses and training, setting up dedicated training centers where courses and training will be held, granting professional certifications and practical field training including apprenticeships at workplaces, providing professional support and guidance to participants after training completion including job placement assistance, and promoting awareness of the importance of professional training through publications and community activities.
