Establishing, managing, supporting and promoting Torah educational institutions, particularly a Torah yeshiva, including Torah studies, enrichment programs, Torah and professional training, operating and maintaining a kollel for married yeshiva students focused on deepening and developing Torah and value-based responses according to current needs, implementing mentoring programs, academic assistance, private lessons and personal guidance for students with learning, emotional or social difficulties, initiating and operating a framework for subsidizing emotional, educational or behavioral treatments for children and youth in need, in cooperation with professional practitioners, mentoring, supporting and guiding teenagers and young adults in Torah and educational tracks, with emphasis on personal development, strengthening Torah identity and adapted integration into practical life, granting scholarships, financial assistance and support to families and students in distress throughout the year and especially during holidays to ensure financial resilience and promote equal opportunities in Torah education, organizing and operating educational, Torah and value-based activities for youth outside the study framework—including Shabbats, seminars, workshops, study days and educational trips, creating partnerships with educational institutions, local authorities and public and private entities for developing responses to youth needs in education and guidance, promoting Torah values, tradition, fear of Heaven, love for Israel and good character traits among youth and families, both from among yeshiva students and in the broader public, developing, organizing and operating unique workshops, lectures, study days and weekends for parents, teenagers and the general public—in the fields of educational guidance, parental empowerment and strengthening Torah identity, with the goal of
