To do everything necessary for the development and advancement of the town of Yeruham without detracting from the above— a. To establish in Yeruham and in any other place an educational-Torah center that will train students both in all subjects of Torah study, theoretical subjects, and technological subjects b. To establish, maintain, and operate yeshivas, academies, schools of all levels, kindergartens, day care centers, children's homes, boarding schools, and all types of educational institutions and facilities c. To initiate the establishment of economic enterprises in Yeruham, to provide all necessary assistance for the advancement of all kinds of enterprises in order to develop the town of Yeruham and create employment sources for residents Continuation of the goals in the organization's bylaws
