To establish, maintain and develop a college in the Upper Galilee region for academic studies in cooperation with a recognized academic institution in Israel or independently, which will include various faculties, institutes and programs as determined and expanded over time. b. To cooperate with university(ies) and recognized academic institutions in order to obtain supervision and recognition and enable college students to have their studies recognized by the university and complete their studies there.
