(a) Association of contractors for engineering and construction work registered in the contractors registry in accordance with the Engineering and Building Contractors Registration Law 5729-1969 and any other legislation that may replace it (hereinafter "Contractors Registration Law").
(b) Creating mutual understanding and respect between association members, between members and association institutions, and between members and institutions and people with whom members interact due to their work.
(c) Regulating relationships between association members, between members and association institutions, and between members and institutions and people they interact with due to their work, and protecting association members' interests.
(d) Promoting common interests of association members.
(e) Assisting the public with information and guidance on association matters.
(f) Representing the association and association members—builders of Israel—in Israel and its institutions, before government institutions, municipal institutions, economic and financial institutions, public and private institutions, professional labor organizations, other professional organizations, and various institutions and organizations in Israel and abroad.
(g) Raising the professional standards of contractors for engineering and building work, caring for professional development, protecting the interests of the profession and association members, and ensuring professional development of association members.
(h) Preventing labor disputes and work disruptions.
(i) Caring for creating sources of mutual assistance between association members.
(j) Publishing professional journals and publications.
(k) Managing and conducting guidance courses and cultural activities at the association members' club
