Scholarships Fund for Ofakim Youth established by the President of Israel Fund and Ofakim Local Council

a. Assisting Ofakim residents in studies at higher education institutions and post-secondary education institutions. b. Providing incentives for studies in professions to be determined from time to time in preferred professions based on Ofakim's needs. c. Encouraging employment of post-secondary education graduates in Ofakim in their fields of professional training. Further objectives as stated in the organization's bylaws.
